"Musical Portrait of the Estonian composer Urmas Sisask

The Estonian composer Urmas Sisask was born in 1960 and is one of many Estonian composers that are little known here in the US. Sisask studied at the Tallinn Conservatory and is not only a musician but an amateur astronomer. His music is very original while still being very accessible. Today's edition of "Classical Discoveries" was totally devoted to the music of this very gifted Estonian composer who should be much better known.
