At approximately 8:00am Classical Discoveries will present the World Premiere broadcast of Liturgy #3 (The Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom) composed in 2009 by Canadian composer, Roman Hurko.

Between 10:00 and 11:00am  Classical Discoveries will celebrate Alan Hovhaness’s 101st birthday and present a broadcast of a live concert of his chamber music presented to a standing room only audience on January 8, 2012 at the Grand Rapids Art Museum .
